6. Shipment Delays and Service Issues
Transportation may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment failure, road closures, government inspections, facility delays, appointment availability, driver hours of service requirements, labor disruptions, accidents, or other circumstances outside the direct control of IGT Logistics.
When IGT Logistics becomes aware of a material delay or service issue, we will make reasonable efforts to:
1. Confirm the available facts.
2. Contact the appropriate customer, carrier, facility, or service provider.
3. Communicate available updates.
4. Review reasonable recovery options.
5. Document the issue.
6. Continue providing updates when new information becomes available.
Estimated arrival times are estimates and are not guarantees unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

5. Automated shipment notifications.
6. Location updates supplied by the transporting carrier.
Tracking information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of device limitations, cellular coverage, technology interruptions, carrier participation, or other factors.
A temporary interruption in tracking does not necessarily mean that a shipment has stopped moving or that a service issue has occurred.
